Stockton girl Georgia Horn always has Elvis

Georgia Horn, now 10, developed a real passion for “the King” three years ago after learning to sing Love Me Tender at school.

Elvis then took over her life after watching one of his concerts on television.

Nevada lawmakers include brothels in tax on services bill

In an effort to fund government services during a crippling recession, the Democrats have proposed a 1 percent tax on services, including those offered at Nevada’s legal brothels.

They say their plan would raise hundreds of millions of dollars to pay for K-12 schools, colleges and social services. More >

Hilton ‘dating’ Las Vegas nightclub owner

The 29-year-old hotel heiress flew to Sin City to be with the nightlife entrepreneur, 34, for two consecutive weekends, according to The Las Vegas Sun.

Hilton reportedly flew more than 4,000 miles from Brazil to meet up with Waits last weekend. The week before she flew to Las Vegas from Egypt.

Rima Fakih wins Miss U.S.A. Contest in Vegas

The pageant was held at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. Miss Fakih competed against 50 other contestants in the swimsuit, evening gown and interview competitions.

Ms. Fakih was born in Lebanon and emigrated to the United States as a child. She grew up in New York attending a Catholic school and moved to Michigan in 2003.
